Mount Auburn Multifamily has been investing preferred equity since 2018 and has recently launched a programmatic joint venture with Ivanhoé Cambridge that seeks to invest preferred equity in conventional, ground-up multifamily developments in high-growth secondary markets. We will look to partner with top developers to capitalize over $3 billion of multifamily construction.
